The ANBU Commander (暗部班長, ANBU Hanchō) is a high ranking position within the shinobi system of Tenkūgakure. This individual acts as a representative of the village's ANBU Corps, and also oversees the day to day operations of the entire division. The ANBU Commander answers directly to the reigning Eiyōkage and acts as his or her eyes and ears; constantly and diligently seeking out any and all signs of internal weakness, corruption, or insubordination. At present, the ANBU Commander of Tenkūgakure is Kaidan Nomura.
