Arrival Of A Thousand Petals is a teleportation technique created by Kisui Iyoku as an alternative means of traveling from his Flying Thunder God Technique. By forming the Tiger seal and concentrating his cosmic energy on a single point, he can materialize into an array of rose petals, teleporting away from his location. Afterwards, the rose petals rematerialize, forming him back to his body in the location of his choosing.
