A version of the Chidori that uses Black Lightning and was invented by Hiashi Nakamura. After performing the required hand seals, a large amount of lightning chakra is channeled to the user's hand. At first, it takes on the appearance of the normal Chidori, however, it soon turns black in color, due to the black lightning which comprises it. The user then thrust the technique into the target.
Since it uses an enhanced version of the lightning release, the Black Lightning: Chidori is accordingly much more powerful than its parent technique. It was able to overpower Miyuki Murakami's Seiryokugan, a testament to this. However, it's extremely high chakra cost limits it to being able to be used only once in a fight. Another drawback is that Hiashi cannot slow down time significantly with his Kokugan when using it, meaning that it can be evaded fairly easily.
