Blood Release (血遁 Chiton, English TV "Blood Style") is a chakra nature type that involves simply manipulating blood within one's own body or in another's and does not require any combining of any other two chakra natures.

Blood Release can be used to form weapons, shields and can reduce poisons and diseases from spreading by slowing the blood flow witin the body. Users can also coagulate their own blood much quicker to stop heavy bleeding from major wounds.

This is also one of the signature nature releases that demons use, others include Darkness Release, Bone Release and Corpse Release.
