Description: Using this jutsu a ninja can draw chakra from the surrounding area and use it to refill their own. One must have precise chakra control in order to draw out the chakra since it is not concentrated in one location. While it is possible to refill a substantail ammount of chakra using this jutsu it is also dangerous to the enviroment you draw it from.
