Users Koutetsu Akumu Kaosuteki Ryūou

This jutsu is utilized by placing the palm of Koutetsu somewhere on an opponents body. After this happens, he can activate the chakra he placed on them at anytime. The chakra he places on them will then begin to corrode their body. This is because Koutetsu's chakra is incredibly acidic. But due to the amount of chakra it uses to take effect, it moves around the body at a extremely slowed pace. He is the only one know the cure to this jutsu, but he has no intention of telling anyone. This jutsu also has a secondary effect of corroding the opponents chakra. Much like the first effect, it has an extremely slowed pace, but this is even slower because it cannot corrode the same type of matter as itself (That matter being chakra).
