Acon summons two body doubles from a scroll and manipulates the two to flank his stunned enemy they either strike the legs to immobilize an opponent or the arms to prevent a block. The one consistency is that the two doubles rotate in opposite directions to inflict more damage and Acon in turn follows up by decapitating an opponent with his own chakra scalpel.
A variation uses three doubles to kick an enemy into the air, the third body hurls the other two into the air and they slam down with chakra scalpels, slicing the enemies limbs this is followed by Acon bisecting the opponent from below.
