With his left eye caster creates a gravitational well in a certain spot which has considerable gravitational force capable of pulling big objects, like giant toads from Mount Myōboku and even pull techniques. It appear to be like a black hole, but unlike black holes, gravity well is incapable of dissvoling object affected by this art and serves only to keep your target in place or to get rid of dangerous objects and techniques.
Using this technique puts a heavy strain on caster's eye thus disabling it for a short period of time to a point when caster cannot use even the basic form of his dōjutsu. The other benefits provided by the eye won't be available as well.
Gravitational power of this technique is immense and requiers a lot of power to escape it. Such objects as Susanoo can escape this well with a little effort, but it's caster will most likely be sucked in regardless. It can be escaped by sheer power or other space-time ninjutsu such as Kamui.
