Combining the elements with the Destruction Fist serves to make this variant of the Gentle Fist even more terrifying. Summoning the power of the elements, and utilizing his own extreme control, Shikizaki literally molds a complete jutsu and contains them on the very tips of his fingers, and when he strikes the enemy with, for example, a Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, from the tips of its fingers, it causes extreme damage upon impact, as if the Fire Release Great Fireball was concentrated into the tiny portion struck by Shikizaki's technique.
