This technique is used by a few members of REIKON's Interrogation Division. It allows the user to extract the chakra from a victim slowly and painfully, which is quite useful for torture and interrogation purposes. After forming the needed seals, the user places their hand on their target, and will draw out the target's chakra, causing them excruciating pain. A method of questioning used by REIKON members is to consistently drill their target with questions while using this technique on them, resulting in the demoralization of the target and the required information being obtained.
