This article, Eye Paralysis Technique, is the sole property of Darth Raven.

This is an ability that has been unlocked in the final stage of the Ketsugan by Miyuki, Daisuke, and Hitsuchi. It allows the user to paralyze an opponent with eye contact, by manipulating the electrical impulses in their brain. The paralysis is quite difficult to escape, but can be escaped if the target experiences extreme pain. The Eye Murder Technique cannot be used when this technique is active.
