The Fire Release: Hollow Flame Bullet, is a technique created by Saphiro Kimza during his Fire Release training in Luragakure under Saito Tokomiya. It is also the basis for helping him learn the Blast Release in the future.

After creating the needed hand seals, the user creates a large fireball in front of them using fire chakra. Then the use hollows out the fireball with wind chakra as well as incasing the fireball in wind chakra as well. It is then fired towards the target with increased velocity.

As well as being quick, the relationship between the two natures help this technique out a lot. As well as increasing the intensity of the flames, this jutsu can explode with a wider radius due to the wind chakra, and can create a shockwave which can knock down and temporarily pin surrounding targets.
