A lesser version of the Great Fireball Technique, taught to Genin across the Elemental Nations.
First gathering superheated Chakra into their hands, the user brings their palms together in the Tiger Seal; the superheated Chakra is then gathered at the top of their fingers and converted into a small, swirling, ball of fire which is then shot forward.
While it possesses only a third of the raw power of the Great Fireball, it is twice as fast and much harder to dodge. Since it only uses a single hand seal, it is a technique that can be used in quick succession, provided the user possesses the needed Chakra Control and keeps their hand within the Tiger Seal. In addition, it can also be used as a continuous flamethrower as long as the user has enough Chakra to keep the technique going.
