This technique was used by Yomi Uchiha. This technique is a powerful seal that can only be broken by 3 Mangekyo Sharingan users, each using one of the 3 techniques, in front of the seal in order to break it.

It was revealed by Naruto Uzumaki, that in order for any one to break this seal (the one on Ryun Uchiha), Yomi himself has to be present. Since he is dead, it is then impossible for anyone to take the Ten Tailed Fox out of Ryun.
