Fukabun Kairi is the ultimate technique of Hotaru, achieved by mastery over molecular manipulation. This technique essentially allows Hotaru to dissociate atomic bonds and tear apart the tethers of molecules which hold together all matter. With this jutsu, Hotaru can spread untold levels of chaos and destruction to living and non-living matter by simply eliminating the bonds that hold molecules together. At a high enough level, his very presence breaks apart the bonds holding together all matter and dissolves matter into nothingness by just being around it. However, the more Hotaru uses it the more he is pushed towards his death.
