Using the power of the Cursed Seal of Heaven, Sasuke forces the use of a third Chidori. While Kakashi Hatake taught Sasuke that the Chidori was a blade that protects the bonds he made to his comrades, Sasuke warps it into a blade that severs them. The Chidori instead glows black and instead of giving off the sound of birds chirping which the Chidori was known for, the Flapping Chidori gives off the sound of many birds taking flight. While it is unranked, it appears to be many times stronger than a standard Chidori. Now that Sasuke has lost his Cursed Seal of Heaven it is presumable that he can no longer use this technique.
Sachi, due to the forced synchronization and adaption to the Cursed Seal of Heaven, learned to use this attack effectively without the use of a Sharingan. The synchronization lessened the tunnel vision effect, although not completely. She is only able to use the technique when in Level 1 and 2 of the Curse Mark.
Seireitou can use this attack without going to Curse Mark Lv.2 because he has mastered Yin/Yang chakra and can use this evil version.
