The Holy Art: Honorable Soul Gathering is a technique that is unique to the monks of Reizan, and requires intense training of one's spiritual and physical energy to master. To be able to use it, one must have been branded with a specific seal on each of their forearms. The user bites each of their index fingers, and uses the blood that comes from those wounds to draw a single tomoe on both the seals. Once activated, a red seal is formed in front of the user, which extracts the souls from his opponent, leaving behind a lifeless body. The intersection of the lines of the seal must line directly up with the target for the technique to be executed, making it quite difficult to aim. In addition, it consumes a high amount of chakra and has a fairly short range. However, once the conditions are fulfilled, and the technique has commenced, it is virtually unstoppable, and draws the soul from its target very quickly.
