The Ice Release Chakra Mode is a heightened state of Hyouketsu Otsutsuki's unique variant of Ice Release
Usage[]
The user wraps their body in a layer of ice chakra which they then use offensively and defensively, hardening their body to become hard like diamond. The technique itself makes the users body become like that of ice, while bringing temperatures within approximately 30 feet of them to absolute zero.
It boosts Hyouketsu's Ice Release techniques and allows him to forcibly take heat from others. The sheer temperature drop it enough to freeze any water in the immediate vicinity into ice, as well as cause the very oxygen and gases in the area to freeze solid and fall out the sky, which is why the user doesn't have a dependency on oxygen while this technique is active.
