The Imoy is a Ninjutsu that changes the shape of other's jutsu instead of their own, it also is known to be based upon the Creation of All Things Technique as a Cycle of Production with the Izanagi and Izanami.
Usage[]
The Imoy is a technique that can only be used with a person who has the Rinnegan. When activated, the user can control the flow of time in the decision space they choose. In short, the user can control an attack on any object or person they choose but only for a short moment of time, however, it was explained that like the Izanagi and Izanami; its range can expand and affect other objects, as well as people but the attack used, must be seen furthermore understood both properties and control.
The attack still remains physical during a fight, however, this technique can change the target of any technique, as long as it's moving and the Imoy is active. As soon as chakra is targeted to a specific point, then he/she can stop the time placed on the attack and decide whether to let the attack hit or to redirect to a different point before it fades away as if it never happened. The process is the same as the Izanagi using Yin Chakra to alter the spiritual energy inputted to the jutsu and Yang Chakra to control the life energy, changing its form.
Imoy can only be used by those who have both Senju and Uchiha genetics, due to the Otsutsuki relation with the Sage of Six Paths, they can perform the Imoy with their Rinnegan's. Unfortunately, like the Izanami and Izanagi after usage, the eyes will permanently become blind. At that point, most of the Shinobi world never even knew about the technique only to be referred to as a myth by the Otosutsuki after being labeled a Kinjutsu.
Jazeb knew about the technique after reading one of the forbidden scrolls found in the Otsutsuki dimension, extending reach by using the Senju DNA found in Danzo's tree but had to transplant his own DNA to the reincarnation, unfortunately, the usage in this attack caused him an immense amount of pain and chakra lose due to him not being a true Senju.
During his time to perfect his "Creation of All Things Technique", the Sage of Six Paths found out that he was missing one important aspect to finish the jutsu, to alter and shape the form taken by chakra after creation. So after using the Imoy carefully, he finally perfected the Technique but with a huge price, he was given a vision of how his decision to alter chakra would pay to his eldest son and youngest son.
