Naiko moves at great speed to avoid an attack, leaving one of his impossible clones behind, which he can remote detonate. The explosion is said to be strong enough to kill anyone within a 15m radius of the clone. The clone is unaffected by the explosion and can thus continue function normally.
In Ace's usage, he moves with such immense speed that despite leaving behind a clone, target's can't tell the difference. Upon detonating the clone, anything within a predetermined radius is rendered permanently intangible, unable to ever interact with anything again.
