Upon activation of this particular double function and part technique. Part one of the technique will make the weather will change dramatically. Storm clouds will hover over head, and the sky will become blackened with these dark clouds, and the winds will shift, now blowing East, ever so slightly. Part two of the technique now takes effect, and a large black lightning bolt will strike down unto Zenkichi's position. This blackened bolt of electricity will manifest a graspable form. This blackened bolt of electricity will have a green aura about it, while also being able to be held. It is able to cut through nigh anything as though it were warm butter. This is the first function of the technique, it being used as a weapon. The second function allows for that bouncing electrical energy to be transferred to the legs, giving everything below his knees the appearance of black, with a green aura, and shocking, and it gives Zenkichi something considered beyond instantaneous travel. This is something that not even the most adept Sharingan could follow, and to boot it is completely inaudible, leaving no trace whatsoever of the travel.
Zenkichi has been able to preform a lesser version of this with his Sharingan.
