The Iwa Council (岩ご意見番, Iwa Go-Ikenban, Literally meaning: Rock Honoured Opinion Watch) is an assembly of Iwagakure's elders and more prominent figures made in order to finalise decisions concerning their village. The council has convened to discuss matters such as peace treaties during the Third Shinobi World War and their village's participation in the combined Chūnin Exams.
