Background
This village was one of the three great villages in the Lost Lands. The village's ninja use their jutsu to jump across the paths of time. They are well known for working with Mokugakure, and Otogakure in trying to overthrow Kagegakure 2, Hikarigakure 2, and the Kurisutarugakure.
Some of the ukenin from this village formed an organization called Jikokukenin

The Temperal Distortion Field is a barrier that covers the entire Hidden Time Village. Where it may seem 3 hours their time, it is 1 hour real time in the real world. The times vary depending on what the Kage of the village decides.
