Kankoku Jōdan (冗談韓国, Jōdan Kankoku) is the Fourth Uzukage.
Background[]
Kankoku was born to a multiracial family in Ganzogakure, his mother being from the Land of Lightning and his father being from Takigakure. He was always skilled in Ninjutsu, inheriting his mother's Magnet Release Kekkei Genkai. He always looked up to Hiroko Kaguya, the Third Uzukage, and wanted to be like him. Kankoku, after becoming a chūnin at 12, began studying under Hiroko and was nominated for Uzukage at the time of Hiroko's death. Kankoku became Uzukage at 18, one of the youngest ever to become Kage.
Sometime before he became Uzukage but after he became a Chūnin, he was injured on a mission and rescued by Ginenmu, the Princess of the Wolves, and taken to the Shikkotsu Forest, where he was taught by the Great Wolf Sage in Senjutsu. Because of his ability to enter a Perfect Sage Mode, he is one of the Three Great Human Sages along with Jakiri Yoake and Megami Ōware.
Personality[]
Kankoku is a genius who, at times, is somewhat of a braggart. He is also always on his feet, able to think of strategies very quickly in the middle of a direct clash. Despite all this, Kankoku gets distracted very easily and is extremely disorganized.
Appearance[]
Kankoku has spiky white hair he wears in a short ponytail, brown eyes, pale skin and a short goatee. Because of the injury that led him to Shikkotsu Forest, he has an X-Shaped scar on his cheek.
Kankoku normally wears the normal outfit for Chūnin and Jōnin of Ganzogakure: a dark blue flak jacket unzipped over a lavender and white shirt, a teal matagama, and loose white pants with a few exeptions. He wears a sash that buckles just over his shoulder, and, instead of a forehead protector, he wears a blue sweatband attached to an earpiece telephone.

Nature Transformation[]
Kankoku is very skilled in Nature Transformation. He has mastered both Earth Release and Lightning Release, being taught in Earth Release by the Third Uzukage, Hiroko Kaguya and in Lightning Release by Denka Sarutobi. He is able to use the Chidori Beam, Denka's signature technique, however, cannot use Chidori or any other of it's variants. He can combine his two natures into Magnet Release, which he uses to control metals and magnetize weapons.
Senjutsu[]
Kakkoku is able to use Wolf Sage Mode, having been taught by the Great Wolf Sage. He is skilled in it, able to use several Sage Techniques taught by the wolves. When he is in this form, he was able to catch, lift and throw a Tailed Beast Ball fired off by Jakiri Yoake in his full Tailed Beast Form.
