Kihou Tako (高カイト, Tako Kihou) is currently a chunin instructor at Rougakure's Ninja Academy. From his affinity to Earth (土, Tsuchi) natured chakra, Kihou was able to create Wax Release.

Kihou has short brown hair and pupil-less blue eyes. He usually wears a brown shirt with a long sleeve on his right arm, a brown Flak Jacket, and black pants.
Abilities:[]
Kihou Tako created the unique ninja art; The Wax Release. By using this power Kihou is able to summon and manipulate wax in a number of ways, such as creating a barrier similar to the Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall or creating unique duel-bladed shuriken. The Wax Element seems to be closely related to the Earth Element, seeing how it is vulnreable to lightning and fire-based Ninjutsu.
As stated by his previous jounin instructor, Naito Hane, that he can turn any form of earth into a form of wax, therfore giving him an almost infinite source of weapons. Kihou was also the first Wax Release user to be able to change the density of his wax so that even a B-ranked Wind Release had trouble cutting through it.
