The Sensing technique allows the user to sense chakra. This technique allows the user to sense spiritual and physical energy. At first glance it seems identical to the sensing technique. By concentrating on the opponent's spiritual energy the user can learn what he/she is about to do. This is possible because spiritual energy comes from the mind. By concentrating on the opponent's physical energy the user can learn when and how strong the attack will be. By continually doing these two things the user can learn the prefect moment to dodge and counterattack.
