Koushinzou Kamiyo (鋼心臓, Kamiyo Kōshinzō), was the eldest son of Kouma and Kouen as well as the twin brother to Koushin. He is the brother to Kamera, Aiko and Kouga. Hailed as a child prodigy along with his twin brother, they had a competative nature with eachother as well as a very energetic relashionship. Koushinzou looked up to Minato Namikaze as well as his own clan and village leaders as a creto of how to live his life.

While it's largely unknown what his capabilities may have been, it is mentioned that he could easily subdue Aiko, Kamera, Gekietsu, Kouga, and Hikaku if he faught them all at once.

Koushinzou translates to Steel Heart, with his twin forming the Heart and Soul.
When Koushinzou died, he was 21 years of age.
