Koutou Kamiyo (鋼東, Kamiyo Kōtō), is the elder brother to Koumusume and the son to Koushi and Kougetsu. He rivaled the twins in abilities and was a close friend to Koushin more so then Koushinzou, in the current timeline he is currently one of the bodyguards for the raikage after being trained by Doerai as well as recommended by Gouge for the position. He has distanced himself from the clan including denouncing Kougetsu as his father.

Koutou translates to Steel Rogue.
His character design has a slight Byakuya Kuchiki influence from Bleach.
