Description: As the user pulls their hand back as if to fire an arrow from a bow, magnetic chakra is charged up, and fired off as an arrow shaped blast of chakra. The chakra can penetrate any armor. Can also be used as a defensive attack, as the arrow will attract metal objects such as kunai and shuriken. The only problem with this technique is that it requires a long charge time (about 30 secs), and requires great chakra control.
