Mayomeru is a Water Release technique that was invented by an unknown shinobi from Fogugakure. To preform this jutsu the user must place his/her hands upon the surface of water and imagine himself/herself removing the impurties from the water. As the user is preforming this technique the water that they are touching will have all harmful impurities removed from it. This technique makes almost any water suitable for drink and is rumored to make the water easier to manipulate for future Water Release techniques.
