Quite a number of your releases make no sense to be a form of release, and should be set into a new category of abilities. (Hiden, etc) Please re-name and align them into the proper category please.
Ok, I will try to register with two characters then. I want to add Chen Guoxing into it, but I am not really sure because he is lacking of ninjutsu. I have yet to create any techniques to him due to some problems. So, I am here to ask you whether Guoxing is allowed to join, or I should add Yuki Akiko or Uchiha Ameya instead. These are the only characters that are related to my former registration character.

You reminded me about my long forgotten fan-fiction story. Currently, I posted only one, and it is dropped. But I decided to pick it up and work on it again. It is full with grammar mistakes, so I will repair it before re-publish it again.
I will choose Rin Batsu and my fanon character, , the daughter of Kiba Uchiha. And I am quite interested why her family name is not Uchiha. The timeline will be:
Rin Batsu : Still in Konohagakure, before departed to Kirigakure
Kuchiku Ryusei : Saved by Asuka and Rei, but not yet join Junigatsu.
Rin Batsu is ambushed by a few ANBU. Kuchiku Ryūsei passes by, and eliminates the ANBU while Rin is not watching. As Ryusei approaches her, attempting to offer some help, Rin attacks him as she thinks that he is an ANBU.
Ryusei will not use all his signature move due to his amnesia. He is still recovering from the amnesia, though he will recover some memory during the battle. The result will be a draw, as Uchiha Kiba stops them. He realizes that Ryusei is not an enemy so the battle end with both of them leaving peacefully.
Notes : It will not ruin your original background of Rin Batsu, because this is a fanon of fanon story. Consider it as a parallel world where Ryusei will eliminate the ANBU instead of Rin's Father. I will write the story once you approve this story, if you feel something should be modified, leave the comments here.
Cool, anything my Character needs, I will not use Medical Ninjutsu then ! for a fair fight it will be the first time Rin will use Ice Release ! so that it would be canon for my character ! Go AHead

I don't really understand his story, " returning only after the fall of the Kirigakure forces. After the Massacre, he trained hard to take revenge on Kirigakure." Does this sentence mean after Kirigakure politic is reformed then only he went back to his hometown ? And planned to revenge against the new Kirigakure ?

Done, I got the idea. The timeline of the story is set before Kyu went back to his hometown. Kyu wishes to become stronger, so he joins a tournament organized by a small group of people in Kumogakure. Kyu will meet Ankoku Kiryu in the final round. During that time, Kiryu already joined Junigatsu and Kyu is not obsessive with revenge yet. The battle begins during the final round ...
