Destruction release could be an advanced form of Yin release, while Creation be the advanced form of yang.
Incineration can be fire, Quark can be earth, Jet is wind, and plamsa can be lightning.

Here is an ideas for your Noryokugan instead of having it have multiple different variants, how about can advanced into two different forms. Each form is unlocked a different way, in addition since both of our doujutsu have the same abilities why not have them originate from the same source.
