The Minor Tailed-Beasts are other tailed-beasts of less power than the major ten Bijuu. They were created decades ago. By the time of the First Great Shinobi World War the souls of the dead shinobi of the Land of the Waterfall remained at Earth as raw chakra manifestations. This caused a number of hazards due to the huge (very huge) ammount of raw chakra. Then, a wise shepherd came and shaped the chakra into an unknown number of tailed-beasts, saving the Country. Then, with his last chakras, he sealed them in scrolls, and hid them all across the land. The scrolls contained riddles, so only the wise enough to solve them could control the beasts. |
