Mitsuo Chiyoko (千代子光雄, Chiyoko Mitsuo) is a ninja that was born from a forbidden jutsu. Mitsuo Uchiha and Chiyoko Hyūga attempted to revive a friend using a forbidden jutsu. Due to reading the jutsu wrong the two became merged together and unable to split. The took the name Mitsuo Chiyoko. Unknown to them, they managed to revive their friend, but he returned changed.

Appearance
Personality
Mitsuo typically has a calm and stern attitude, never provoking people but always willing to end it. He has a gentle mannerism to those close to him, which is few unless one tries hard enough to get through his protective walls around his heart. Mitsuo has an unquestionable courage and is extremely unpredicatable. If on would try and read her face, nothing would be the answer as it would just be impossible to get into this silent man's head. However if opened, she can be a warm and attentive induvidual.
However when in battle Mitsuo is said to have a slight bloodlust, being extremely impatient, he usually fiddles around hugely when waiting for his enemies to tell him what he wants, then kills them without hesitation.

Abilities
Being the combined form of two different ninja Mitsuo has a great book of skills and experience. Before the merge the two were considered great ninja and worked well together. Due to the merging Mitsuo possesses an immense amount of chakra that is often expelled from his body, in the from of black lightning.
Nature Transformations
Mitsuo is able to use the Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Water nature releases. She has shown great skill in using them. Along with his massive chakra he is able to use high level jutsu with little to now effect on his chakra levels.
Taijutsu
Before the merge she possessed the Byakugan, with it she was able to use the Gentle Fist taijutsu. She has stated that she is able to strike an opponent, and able to shot blasts of chakra from her body. Using the gentle fist she is able to quickly react to an opponent and react. After the merge she still then to fight the same way, but with out ability to see chakra points. By incorporating her unique chakra into her attack she is able to deal great damage to the opponents at close range.
Dōjutsu
As members of clans the possessed two Dōjutsu, after the fobidden jutsu merged them the lost the ability to use them though, despite this Mitsuo has created several jutsu that were inspired by the jutsu of her former dōjutsu.
Unique Chakra
Due to the merging Mitsuo possesses an immense amount of chakra that is often expelled from his body, in the from of black lightning. This chakra is known to be incredibly dense, to the point if something is hit by it. They could experience damage ranging from slight burns to broken bones. Over the years she has learned to control the chakra, and use it form attacks. By condensing his unique chakra greatly in from her she creates a black sphere that will seek out an absorb any chakra in the area. As time with on she learned to fully control her new chakra. Using to create small fast moving projectiles, disk that can rip things to pieces. By remembering the workings behind the Eight Trigrams: Palms Revolving Heaven she created the Astral Rotation a jutsu that works in a similar way.
