A Bureaucrat, called the Daimyō (大名, Feudal Lord) on this site, is a special user with the privilege to manage other users' rights on the wiki.
Abilities[]
They have ability to grant and revoke rollback and sysop rights, remove bot rights, and appoint new bureaucrats. While they cannot directly revoke another user's bureaucrat status, they can revoke their own. Bureaucrats typically also have a sysop flag so they can do everything that sysops can do.
