The Nineteen Styles of Jade Maiden Sword: Thousand Cuts is a technique considered an absolute pinnacle of Chakra Flow, as it is one of few ninjutsu techniques that lack a necessity for hand seals. Dǎiyì manipulates chakra to vitalize the upper portion of his body during combat. Similar to its parent, the Body Flicker Technique, vitalization allows Dǎiyì to perform actions at untraceable speeds. When combined with Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, Dǎiyì's strikes are considered impossible to evade through normal methods. Unfortunately, the unimaginable speed renders taijutsu dangerous during activation due to the force of his body when it contacts a harder surface. For such reasons, Róuyún Jiànfǎ: Língchí is a technique Dǎiyì combines with his extensive mastery over Róuyún Jiànfǎ. Doing so, Dǎiyì is capable of striking an opponent from various angles simultaneously. The agile conditioning brought upon by mastering Róuyún Jiànfǎ enhances it's capabilities without detracting from the overall power of its thrust.

Nineteen Styles of Jade Maiden Sword: Thousand Cuts earned it's reputation after Dǎiyì supposedly managed to cut an opponent a thousand times in a single step. Although farfetched, the rumor is rather close to the actual limitations of the technique. Dǎiyì can strike an opponent multiple times without sacrificing control of his blade. The untraceable speed causes his arms to seemingly vanish before an opponent erupts into a fountain of blood. When combined with the Body Flicker Technique, Dǎiyì appears to seemingly shimmer into nothingness before reappearing behind his opponent. The strikes are impossible to follow without blessed eyes; which increases in difficulty when Dǎiyì involves unpredictability.
