This is a technique is usable by Sannoto Senju. Sannoto combines his chakra with the zinc within one of his cells, and then he uses that zinc, which is known to create enzymes and major proteins for the body, to create a certain protein which creates new cells in his body; facilitating the regeneration of injuries by replacing the injured cells, through cloning instead of accelerating cell division, thus the new cells are created with their full life span, somewhat defying the Hayflick limit. Once the new cells is created, the cell, which was used, dies. Unfortunately, Sannoto cannot kill this created protein, and it continues living and producing more proteins of the same kind. Thus, Sannoto is incapable of deactivating the technique, as they continue to feed on his chakra. Only because of his immense chakra reserves and control, Sannoto is capable of holding such a technique for extended periods of time; essentially his entire life. While this is a disadvantage, it is still holds some advantages; as it continuously preserves his youth.

The only other person Sannoto has used this technique on is Asami Akimoto, who has been the only one who possess the chakra levels to survive this technique as well.
