Onoki

Onoki is the Third Tsuchikage from Iwagakure. Also called Onoki of the Double Scales (Ryōtenbin no Ōnoki), he is the only Kage alive to have fought Madara Uchiha. He is the only known user of the Dust Release (Jinton) Ninjutsu.
