When preformed the user will shoot out beams of plasma through their hands. The user can shoot the beam into the sky to create a storm cloud which will send plasma Jets downwards to intended area. The user can also can create a cloud made out of pure plasma which if the user puts a sphere of pure wind chakra into the middle of the cloud it will start levitating and can be used for transportation.
