The Providence: Wind God is the pinnacle of Nature Transformation and Shape Transformation, created by Yue Hōshu.
Overview[]
The Fūjin was created as a supplementary method of enhancing and compressing the cutting power of other activated wind release techniques and then rapidly releasing said energy either at the point of contact with the target. Yue would often increase the latent potential of a low-level technique, and cause the winds it produces to match 7 speeds. The user is typically immune to these effects, however, if they lose focus then this is negated. This technique was found to create vacuum waves, in which the air in the middle of the Area of effect is rapidly sucked out and used to fuel the barrage of razor winds being created. If one were to survive the endless cutting, they would have the air ripped from their bodies by the vacuum.
This technique carries a heavy chakra yield an as such cannot be used on a whim, taking a predetermined amount of time to set them up, often covered by using other techniques. Yue has noted that if she is not completely focused while initiating his Wind style jutsu, she can feel it subtly cutting into her cells, which causes her great pain.
