Background
Rai is Madara Uchiha's nephew who led a group of Uchiha and Senju ninja to the Lost Lands. He carries a sakabato, a reversed edge sword as a symbol of peace. He hated that his uncle killed his father, and that he couldn't accept the power Hashirama Senju had as Hokage. He lives as an elder in Kagegakure 2, but he looks like he is much younger.
He was the First Rosutorikujou Sennin, but he stepped down after the events in Saga of the Shadow.
Appearence
He had black hair when he first left Konoha, but his hair turned red due to a chakra overload while he trained on Shadow Island. His hair cannot be cut, so he keeps it long. It remains like this, and cannot fall out.
He looks like a rurouni fron his clothes.
Personality
He acts much more aloof than Hikaru, but he is a strong opponent in battle.
Abilities
He doesn't use ninjutsu all that often, but he is a master of every sword art known to man, Shinigami, and Meiji swordsman. His Sharingan is activated all the time, for unknown reasons, but he always uses it in any battle. Despite his abilities, he has never achived a Mangekyou Sharingan.
