Raiga is a shinobi from Sunagakure and friend of Rogen Toriyama.
Background[]
Raiga was born to a poor family in Sunagakure, despite this he was really talanted and he inherited his clan's kekkei genkai, in his childhood he didnt have many friends until he meet Rogen Toriyama.
Abilities[]
Raiga is said to be the most proficient user of the Steel Release kekkei genkai. On his belt he has multiple rods of steel he can manipulate using his chakra. He can also turn the structure of Kunai and Shuriken and make them larger and sharper. He uses his talent for steel release to make his blows with a sword or in taijutsu stronger. He can also use Steel Release to create clones[1].
Appearance[]
Raiga has a steel rod attached to his back that he uses in combat, he also has blonde hair and wears an eyepatch.
Personality[]
Raiga has always been a very calm person He used to be more outgoing but he had a very strict upbringing which made him hide his feelings. However when he fights he is usually more of a cheery person and loves to toy with his opponents.
History[]
Chunin[]
Raiga was promoted to a chunin at the age of thirteen, a surprise to many in his village. He began S rank missions, and had no problem with risking his life without a care. Eventually this would cause him to be defect Sunagakure and bre presumed dead by his village. However 2 years later he came back to his village.
