Strength of a Hundred Technique, Creation Rebirth

This regenerative power enables the user to heal most injuries in moments, reconstructing the damaged tissues making up the human body to its uninjured state. This technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process. By Madara's own claim, this medical technique is similar in nature to Tsunade's Strength of a Hundred Technique of the ninja art Creation Rebirth.

The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even dozens of puncture wounds, on top of various injuries inflicted by the combined physical assault of all nine Tailed Beasts were completely healed in mere moments, with the exception of a severed arm, which Madara instead replaced with an arm from one of White Zetsu's clones.

However, after becoming the Shinju's jinchūriki, Madara claimed that it was impossible for him to be defeated as he gained a form of "immortality" from how far his regeneration's ability had ascended, as he regenerated the half of his torso blown away by Night Guy and fully regenerated even after Sasuke Uchiha bisected him at the waist.

  • Those reincarnated by Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation are unable to heal themselves through this technique, due to summoning automatically gaining regenerative capabilities which easily regenerates any damage they receive, be it lost limbs or complete disintegration, making the summoned's regenerative techniques in obsolete and ineffective.
