The Rosutorikujou Sennin is the sage leader of the Lost Lands. The same as the leader of the 5 Great Nations, being the Gokage Sennin, the Rosutorikujou Sennin leads the 5 main villages and smaller villages of the Lost Lands. So far, only two people have achieved this rank.
In Naruto Omega Beta, The title of Rosutorikujou Sennin no longer exists as a sage leader position, but rather as the title for the winner of a tournament in Mission City. The names were to minor to list.
