Saizō Terumī is the jinchūriki of the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle, and is therefore capable of transforming into various forms that resembles his tailed beast, until he finally takes on the complete form of the Three-Tails. Through his desire to reach perfection and forcibly suppressing his Bijū in stead of befriending it, he has attained an almost complete domination over the beast.
