Using the her clan's Uzumaki Sealing Technique as a basis, Kanmi infuses scorch chakra into the seal, before applying it to the opponent. Should the application be successful, the target will be drained of all liquids, as is customary of most Scorch Release techniques. However, the body of the victim will be perfectly preserved in a mummy-like state, allowing the user to withdraw any remaining information from said victim. Though the range of this seal requires the user to be close to the opponent, the seal's size can be manipulated, giving the user a certain flexibility to ensnare more opponents, such this seal be applied to the ground underneath them. The seal can also be applied directly to the victim to increase their chances of being captured. Lastly, Kanmi has shown the ability to create a time delay between the seal's creation and activation, allowing her to use it as a trap to catch any unsuspecting opponents that wander into the area where the seal is situated.
