Background

Shinsettsu Is The Brother of Shinjiro.He just like his brother is made of the DNA of other characters however,he has much more abilities and is considerably stronger than his brother.Like his brother he also posseses The mangekyo sharingan,byakugan and rinnegan,however he never uses sharingan or byakugan.He relies on his Rinnegan and sometimes he use his mangekyo sharingan.His like Pains controls his Six Rikudo,however his Rikudo have different abilities that Pain's.He was tried to kill Shinjiro as soon as he was created but failed to kill him.He now sees that as a good thing because his brother has many "powers" he can steal.He is now gonna fight shinjiro in his lair after shinjiro wondered there looking for clues about the ninja that have been attacking him lately.

Personality

Shinsettsu is one of the most heartless person's alive,he desires to kill his brother and steal his abilities for himself.He is relatively a joker in all sense he enjoys toying with his enemies and playing mind games with tham,he is a pervert and flirts with every girl he sees,he is severely cocky and overconfident to an almost dangerous extent,believing he cannot be defeated and will never die.

Apperance

== His apperance mirrors that of his brother.He looks identical to him except no ones seen his face do to him always keeping it covered with a mask with a big grin on it.

Abilities

Just like his brother he posseses thousands of jutsu and has mastered everyone to their maximum.He has Byakugan,Sharingan,Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan.His prefered Choice is his Rinnegan which he keeps activated always.Due to having his rinnegan he has the Six Rikudo.His Mangekyo Sharingan Looks like a normal sharingan exept his tomoe are replaced by slightly bigger spike shaped tomoe which go outward to the eye.The only Ability hes shown allows him to melt any object and turn it into a liquid made of the same minerals as the object was made allowing him to use it to use his Mineral Release Jutsu.

Shinsettsu Rikudo

His Rinnegan,like Pain's allows him to have six bodies all controlled by one mind.Only 4 bodies have been shown.These Bodies Are:

First Body (Shinsettsu Yuia)

His first body is Shinsettsu's normal body.He has shown no unique abilities beside all of his own abilities.

Second body (Kaizo Ichisane)

His second body is Kaizo Ichisane Shinjiro's best friend.This body is One of Shinsettsu's stronger ones.it has all of Kaizo's abilities which include the Kekkei Genkai of the Ichisane Clan the Zessha(lit.Copy Toungue) a unique kekkei genkai which allows the user to copy and obtain any ability(be it jutsu,kekkei genkai eyc.)and memories of any one,by drinking their blood and spending one day and one night in hibernation to let his body acustom to the change.it takes the form of wat looks like an inverted pentagram tatooed on his toungue.This body is the first one shinjiro fought.

Third body

This body is mostly unknown but it was the first body shinjiro saw after entering his brothers lair.for some strange reason it has an akatsuki cape and bears resemblance to naruto's jinchuriki form.

Fourth Body,Might be Obito Uchiha

This one apears to be either Obito Uchiha or someone who looked alot like him.He also like obito apears to have sharingan.He apeared along with the third body to confront Shinjiro.
