Shippū Uzumaki (うずまきしっぷう Uzumaki Shippuu) is a descendant of the scattered Uzumaki clan that took up residence in Kirigakure. He is the partner of Hantai Uzumaki. He is also the current host of the Eight-Headed Flame Dragon.

Appearance[]
Shippū is a young man with short, red hair (the trademark of the Uzumaki clan), and constantly wears small bandage patches on both cheeks and his nose. His eyes are unusual, a bright red and have lines stretching out from the pupil, resembling a form of Mangekyō Sharingan, though they are not. He also wears a black jacket with a ruffled shirt inside of varying colors, and long black pants. Unlike most Shinobi, he does not wear sandals.
Personality[]
Unlike most Uzumaki seen in the series who have been seen as loud, outgoing and hyperactive, Shippū is much more laid back, preferring to lay down and rest under the shade of a tree, than to actually be out doing something. He is not the violent type, preferring to avoid conflict if possible, normally getting others to do the fighting for him. When he gets into a fight however, Shippū is able to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. He is capable of killing an enemy in cold blood, and shows little to no reaction to it. He states that his one goal is to restore the Uzumaki Clan and the Village of Uzushiogakure.
Skills[]
As a descendant of the Uzumaki Clan, it is assumed Shippū possesses the Clan's longetivity, as well as their skill in Fūinjutsu. He also possesses special chakra, similar to Kushina Uzumaki, but it is unknown what use it has for him yet.
As the host of Eight-Headed Flame Dragon , it is presumed that Shippū could manipulate flame to some extent
