Shizuka (静香, literally "Calm") is a mysterious shinobi from Konohagakure and the personal bodyguard to the current Seventh Hokage Ryoji Sogetsu. Not much is know about this shinobi’s past due to the fact that she has lost most of her memories of the past in an unknown accident several years ago. She was apparently found by the Hokage almost on the brink of death and was then brought back to the village, even since then she has remained as a loyal shinobi of the Leaf village. She is a member of the ANBU Black Ops and works directly under the Hokage's command, she is also the team leader of the Hokage Protection Team also know as Trinity Raven, a three man squad dedicated to the protection of the current Hokage. Despite not being originally from the leaf village she is nonetheless respected throughout the village and the land of fire as a great warrior and a master assassin, she is known throughout the leaf village as Konoha's Crimson Blade (木ノ葉のの緋剣, Konoha no Hiken) and her enemies know her by the moniker The Reaper (刈り手, Kari-shu).
