This sealing formula is created using a super advanced tool that is wielded by the Kantoku Clan. This seal extends twenty meters in all directions from the point of origin. This seal is used to keep anyone within the seal from using any types of energy, including the one who placed it. Its main purpose is for forcing taijutsu or kenjutsu battles. It is to be noted that it will not shut off a dojutsu if it is already activated however to prevents activation if the dojutsu is already active. In the tool this seal takes one hour to prepare so it is usually already prepared beforehand.
